Saving lives by giving back

Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Central Florida (PPR) is a dog rescue that focuses on the leftover dogs. These are senior and injured dogs with debilitating injuries that have a chance to recover and maintain a quality of life.

Social Media Event Invites

PPR needed donations for critical care dogs. Volunteers rose to the occasion in cooperation with Mercedes Benz of Orlando to host a yearly Happy Yappy Hour fundraiser. The event needed exciting invitations to create a buzz and bring people out to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and pet dogs. I created a series of digital postcards featuring messages to show how essential the “Adopt don’t shop” motto is.

Promotional VIDEO

This promotional video featured jib jab style animations of dogs bringing to life the event for humans.

Dog Rescue mini-documentary

Dog rescue volunteers work hard to rehabilitate injured dogs. Within Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Central Florida, 97% of the fundraising dollars goes directly to rehabilitating dogs, vets bills and spay and neutering.

In 2016, I created a mini-documentary featuring PPR volunteers effort in South Florida rescuing wild dogs off the street. There are hundreds of stray dogs south of Miami. A PPR volunteer team assembled a 12 person vehicle caravan set out to Miami resulting in the rescue 72 dogs in 24 hours and transported them from Miami to Orlando for vetting.
