DESIGNING AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE FESTIVAL IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS
Run festivals are all over the country (IN THE BEFORE TIMES), near your hometown and afar. The client of the agency I was contracting for wanted to increase occupancy of their hotel rooms in the slower offseason.

The agency invented the Wellderness concept a 5K & 10K run, wellness, yoga and music festival with the austere Rocky Mountains as a visual backdrop.
MY ROLE
Once the event was a go, it needed materials over the subsequent months leading up to the inaugural event in May. I was contracted to design and develop the materials from printed promotional materials, digital advertising materials, visual assets for the event road signs, inflatable entrance arch, website and social media videos.

THE RESULTS
Hotel occupancy reached capacity for the event.
Runners ran with the Elk and are looking forward to a second Wellderness event in post pandemic times.
